At the present time there are regular flights between Northern Cyprus and Stanstead and some flights from both Manchester and Heathrow, all fly via a Turkish airport but passengers are not required to disembark. There are regular flights from between all major cities in Turkey and Ercan airport in Northern Cyprus, with regular connections onto European capitals.
It is now possible to fly into Paphos or Larnaca in the south but be aware that all Larnaca flights remain on the ground for about one hour en route and journey time to Lefkosa from Larnaca is lengthy.
Flights can be booked through most travel agencies in Europe.

Larnaca Airport/ Southern Cyprus
Now that the borders between Northern Cyprus and Southern Cyprus are open you may want to fly to Larnaca in the South of the island and travel across to Northern Cyprus. You can hire a car and drive across, but you will need to take out local insurance on the Turkish side of the border. Larnaca is about a 45 minute drive either to the border crossing at Nicosia (Lefkosa) or Famagusta (Gazimagusa). Larnaca airport is served from many regional airports in the UK and this is a convenient alternative way to visit beautiful Northern Cyprus
